Munich/Hallbergmoos, October 15, 2013 – The unified communications services offered by ANDTEK GmbH can now be bundled with the Cisco Jabber communications service. A special software solution developed by ANDTEK and the Cisco Jabber Client together allow users to access corporate data and manage all of their corporate communications from any device, regardless of browser and operating system. Communication is now equally possible via PC/Mac as well as mobile devices, such as iPhones, Android smartphones and tablets.

Users of ANDTEK unified communications solutions can log into their Cisco Jabber account and start using the integrated AND Phone service right away.

In addition to convenient features such as call forwarding, automatic callbacks and notification of busy lines, users are able to find their desired contacts with just a single click and see immediately whether and how they can be reached (phone, email, etc.). This makes it possible to obtain quick information about the status of participants and employee availability.

The AND Phone CallList, giving users quick and organized access to their call lists, is one of the features integrated into the Jabber client. After logging in, the user's personal call list is available for display. Once the user logs out, the lists are no longer displayed on the phone to protect against unauthorized access to confidential call lists. This solutions makes it possible to access and use call lists from any telephone. AND Phone CallList also shows incoming, outgoing and missed calls with detailed information, even while taking other calls. Caller data is displayed so that users can target their return calls appropriately.

Cisco Jabber offers other essential advantages to companies already using ANDTEK Unified Communications services. Users can use the AND Phone Directory directly integrated into the Jabber client on their PC or on any mobile device. This solution maximizes the benefit of communications networks by offering direct and efficient access to address and phone books, business directories, and current customer contacts in the office and on the road.
